Description:
This building was constructed by Nelson and Smith around 1908 and was used as the Smith and Nelson Saloon. It was later Jim Kelly's store. Carl Frank purchased the building around 1920 and operated a store in it. When Carl Frank died, Oliver Chappell purchased the cabin. (Site 10)
